THE TECHNOLOGY

In the production the following components are used: polymeric resin KFMT - 15 (for unipor); foaming ABSFK (it is possible to use other kinds of foaming); orthophosphoric acid, water.

At first, the solution is being prepared in the following proportion: 10 litres of water, 40 ml of foaming and 125 ml of orthophosphoric acid (the latter serves as the catalyst). Then the capacity with the solution is connected to the plant (on "foam") with the help of the hose and the same way the capacity with resin is connected (on "resin"). The compressor is also connected to the plant. Then the chosen form is poured. It is possible to use different forms for forming, but the ones able to disassemble are preferable. After the foam being poured it is necessary to wait 3 or 4 hours approximately. And then you may start cutting penoizol. It is easily cut with the help of fishing-line or string without being heated. After you have cut the sheets, they must dry. The sheets should be dried on the shelves approximately 1,5 - 3 days depending on the temperature of the environment. The ventilation is required in the premises as formaldehyde is educed when being produced and dried.
