The polymeric resin KFMT - 15 is produced at many enterprises
both in Russia and the countries of the CIS. The list of

The approximate price of the resin KFMT-15 is 10 rubles
per kilo. The resin VPS-G is produced in
Orekhovo-Zuyevo and Nizhny Tagil. The supplied price of the
resin BPS-G from the producing factory for today is about 12
rubles per kilo. The price of foaming is 50 rubles per kilo,
orthophosphoric acid - 30 rubles per kilo. It is possible to
use other resins which have similar chemical composition but
in this case the ready production must not be called penoizol
(unipor) though it will have the same indices. To produce
1m3 of penoizol having density 20 kg/m3 you will need:

Summing it all up, the cost price of the components to
produce 1 m3 of unipor with density 20 kg/m3
is approximately equal to 220 rubles, penoizol - 260 rubles.
The realization price of the ready production is about 600
rubles per 1 m3.
It is more comfortable to transport polymeric resin in
200-litre barrels. One barrel usually contains about 240-250 kg of resin.
